Like a standard tray the heavy duty tray is constructed with an RHS headboard fitted with 800mm high 3mm sheet.

The crossmembers are 75mm x 40mm channel.

The coamings and runners are upgraded to 100mm x 50mm channel.

The floor is either 5mm checkerplate or plain floor plate.

The tray is fitted with an RHS under run bar, 25nb tie rails along each side and access steps on the front corners.

All trays are finished in two coats of enamel to match the cab after acid washing the body and etch priming.
